Our Team...Our Mission

In many cultures, water is believed to be crucial to balancing the body and creating physical harmony. We are naturally drawn to the color blue, as research has found that this is associated with calm, openness, depth, and wisdom. Wallace J. Nichols, a marine biologist writes about what he refers to as the “blue mind” in his book titled Blue Mind: The Surprising Science That Shows How Being Near, In, On, or Under Water Can Make You Happier, Healthier, More Connected, and Better at What You Do.

Our team here at Aqua Hut believes in this theory, and we are moving forward in creating an exciting environment that is reaching out into the community more than ever before. In addition to the scuba diving that has been the very essence for Aqua Hut’s existence over the past several decades; we have

now incorporated fitness classes in order to build upon this theory. In April of 2017, we launched Aqua Cyclingclasses that provide clients various full-body workouts at various cardio intensities. This past August, we have added both BOGA Fit and BOGA Yoga classes where we take our clients onto floating mats focusing on four main components: balance, strength, flexibility and coordination.

All of our classes are led by Certified Fitness Instructors with many years of education and experience in the fitness industry. We offer a casual, safe and friendly environment. Our goal is to welcome you into the amazing and dynamic world of water fitness as we guide, motivate, and encourage you to be the healthiest versions of yourself . . . mind, body and soul. And what better place to do this, than in the water!
